Terms of use

Clear responsibilities for using the Proviso website and workspace.

01

Using the workspace

Proviso provides tools for defining trading theses, reviewing rules, setting preferences, and organizing a call record. Saving a draft or policy does not submit an order, authorize a transaction, or create an on-chain commitment. Account actions require a connected service and explicit authorization.

02

Your decisions and information

You are responsible for the ideas, conditions, amounts, and limits you enter. Review every rule before authorizing an action. Do not enter private keys, recovery phrases, account credentials, or confidential personal information into thesis fields.

03

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or misuse another person’s information. Do not present unverified records or historical results as verified trading performance.

04

Product information

Product guides describe the protocol, permission model, and operating rules. A guide is not a confirmation that your account is linked, an order has filled, or a transaction has been recorded. Those states require their own acknowledgements and evidence.

05

Independent services

Networks, venues, data providers, and wallets have their own terms and operating constraints. References to those services do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership. Their availability and supported instruments can change.

06

Financial responsibility

Content on this website is general product information, not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. A clear thesis, recorded commitment, or historical result does not guarantee a profitable trade. Read the risk disclosure before making trading decisions.

07

Availability and saved information

Website features and supported connections may change or become unavailable. Keep exports of information you need. Browser storage is not a backup service and may be cleared by you, your browser, or device settings.
